Beautiful as always - actual bouquet prettier than pictured (recipient texted a photo :). Had accidentally entered the wrong address, called and the team was quick to correct and respond with email to reconfirm as well. We had purchased flowers from FTD online. A beautiful bouquet for over $100. When the recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet they received, it was definitely not what we had paid for. It looked more like a bouquet you pick up at the grocery store. It was embarrassing to say the least. We got a refund from FTD and I found Liz's Flowers via Yelp to send a new bouquet. The person I spoke to assured me we would not be disappointed with the bouquet they'd send, and we weren't! It was 3 times the size of the FTD arrangement and beautiful! We will definitely use Liz's in the future.
